Added game Shooting Rocket

It is still under development, so for now you can control the space rocket and the stars are blinking, but the orbital garbage has not yet been introduced. Soon you'll be able to shoot that garbage from your space rocket. The game is being written in asyncronous Python. The sources are available on Github, and, once the game is ready, I'll add some compiled executables.
